Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases from Nomad Takes (nomadtakes.com), a photography business based in Karachi, Pakistan. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Products

We sell digital photographs and photo packs. No physical items are shipped.

2. Orders and delivery

After you place an order, we send watermarked, low-resolution previews within 24 hours. Once payment is confirmed, we send the high-resolution files within 12 hours, by email.

3. Payment

Payment details are given by email on request. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 48 hours.

4. License

All photographs are the property of Nomad Takes. A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal purposes, such as wallpapers and home printing. You may not resell, share, upload for download, or claim the photos as your own. Commercial use needs our written permission. Watermarked previews are samples only and may not be used or shared.

5. Returns and cancellations

Please read our Refund Policy. Because the products are digital, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the high-resolution files have been delivered.

6. Accuracy

We try to describe each photo accurately. Colours may look different on different screens.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the files or by delays outside our control, such as email or internet failures.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
